Striking new water feature in the courtyard garden!
Courtyard and Terrace.
Our courtyard garden is tiny but beautifully planted, and has now been completely repaved. Just imagine sitting there on a warm summers evening, sipping your Pimms and enjoying the ambience provided by sweet smelling jasmine and honeysuckle! How about lighting a barbeque too!
And now we've added a beautiful pebble fountain as a perfect focal point. We were delighted when we discovered this recently at the excellent Floors Castle garden centre, a wonderful source of a large variety of well looked-after and healthy plants. A really interesting place to go for a good choice of interesting additions to your outside space. They've got a very pleasant restaurant, too!
For cooler days what better than to light a log fire in our newly refurbished sittingroom, and snuggle in front of the blaze while admiring the magnificent fireplace we discovered behind the sixties' gas conversion!
Those taking the entire accommodation will be pleased to learn that there is now easy access via a spiral staircase between the terrace and courtyard below.
