"Breagha" Studio Flat
Breagha is part of No 2, The Courtyard, but is completely self-contained. This flat can be
rented separately from the rest of the house.
A spiral staircase leads from the courtyard garden to Breagha main entrance. The
studio flat includes a twin bedroom (pictured) with ensuite toilet and washbasin.
A large studio living room contains a new, good quality comfortable bed-settee. Space for convenient daytime storage of bedding if preferred.
Feather pillows are offered as an alternative
to synthetic filling.
Amenities
A fully equipped kitchen area is situated at one end of the second floor living room (see lower picture on right) and is fitted with sink, gas cooker, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. A good-sized family bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and toilet leads from the second floor living room.Children
A cot and high chair can be provided, but we feel that owing to the very limited outside space the accommodation is perhaps not ideal for young children between 13mths and 8yrs.Garden
An attractively planted courtyard garden belongs to the proprietor but is made available for guests’ private use.Pets
