Short Breaks

• Use of First or Second floor:
• 2 persons for 3 nights: £120 flat rate.
• Each additional person:£45
  
  
• Use of Whole House, 3 nights:
• 6+ persons: £400
  
  PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SHORT BREAKS TARIFF IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR
  CHRISTMAS AND/OR NEW YEAR - CHARGES FOR FULL WEEK APPLY.

Please Note:

• Low season - November to March inclusive, but excluding Christmas and New Year periods
• Mid season - April, May, June, September, October
• High season - July, August, and the period December 20th - January 2nd, inclusive

Terms and Conditions

• Booking periods are from Saturday to Saturday. In low season, part-week prices are negotiable dependent upon the number of persons accommodated. This DOES NOT include mid season and peak periods, including Christmas and Easter, when charges for the full week apply.
• £50 refund is offered, payable on departure at the end of your stay, if your booking confirmation and deposit arrive at least 3 months prior to your stay.
• Bed linen supplied. Each bed has a duvet, two pillows per person, and extra blankets for cooler nights.
• Television, video and audio system are all provided.
• Electricity and gas: the first £15 of power used is included in the rent agreed at the time of booking. The excess and any telephone charges are charged at the end of your stay.
• For your convenience a box of groceries can be ordered and placed in the accommodation. To be paid for on arrival.
