- Low season - November to March inclusive, but excluding Christmas and New Year periods
- Mid season - April, May, June, September, October
- High season - July, August, and the three week period which includes Christmas and New Year

Terms and Conditions
- Although we find that most clients like to book from Saturday to Saturday, a look at our availability chart will show that we are completely flexible, in that good value short breaks can be booked any time of year. Prices are dependent on the number of persons and the length of stay. PLEASE NOTE that at Christmas and New Year only High Season full -week prices apply.
- Bed linen supplied. Each bed has a duvet, two pillows per person, and extra blankets for cooler nights.
- Television, video and audio system are all provided.
- Electricity and gas: We make every effort to ensure that you are warm enough during your stay, especially in winter. Please note, however, that excessive use of power may be charged for.
Any telephone charges incurred are recorded, and payable at the end of your stay
- For your convenience a box of groceries can be ordered and placed in the accommodation. To be paid for on arrival.
